WHAT IS A TRANSIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN?
A Transit Development Plan (TDP) is a 10 year vision that helps us improve our services.
It evaluates the current system, identifies areas for improvements, and presents a plan that will improve our bus service for the community.

WHY A NEW TRANSIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN?
Streamline last updated the TDP in 2020 with our Redesign Streamline 2020 plan.
However, a lot in our community has changed since then!
The previous plan was developed during the COVID-19 pandemic which caused a significant shift in travel patterns. Additionally, the Gallatin Valley has experienced faster than expected growth leading to noteworthy changes in the built environment. Because of this, it is important that we look at transit services in order to provide the high quality transportation this community deserves.

HOW WILL OUR NEW PLAN HELP THE BOZEMAN COMMUNITY?
Whether you are traveling to work, a medical appointment, school, or the store, Streamline’s zero fare service can get you there!
In our last TDP, we used the final plan to improve our routes so that riders could reach more destinations faster.
We introduced the Blueline, Goldline, Purpleline, Brownline, and Pinkline along with more convenient weekend service. In fact, our Redesign Streamline 2020 TDP was voted #1 Best Use of Taxpayer Dollars in the Bozeman's Choice Reader Poll!
With this new update to the TDP, we plan to continue this legacy and improve our service not only for riders, but for the entire community.
